Terroir
This Marc is obtained by distilling grape pomace (pressed grape skins) exclusively from Jura vines.
The Marc ages in oak barrels for over five years in cool 13th century cellars.

Bouquet
A fruity nose of grapes, overripe apples, fruit stones and dried figs.
Palate
Simultaneously supple, powerful and beautifully rich on the palate. All of the nose's intensity and aromatic diversity are equally present in the mouth. Beautifully long finish.
A delicious, complex brandy which naturally reflects the special Jura terroir.
Ageing Potential
50 years or more.
Wine and Food Pairing
Used in fine cuisine. Also drunk as a digestive, with chocolate or sorbets, and a good cigar.
Serve chambré, or ice-cold.
