Wine and Food Pairing

This wine's home ground is the pre-dinner drink, but it will equally go down a treat at picnics, with salads and grilled meat off the barbecue, or with any fish or poultry dishes.
Best served between 8 and 12°C.
Cellaring: this wine is best drunk young (within two years) for its fruit and freshness.
