Manual and mechanical harvest.
Direct pneumatic pressing. Low-temperature fermentation in a temperature-controlled vat.
Six months' maturation in vats before bottling.

Bouquet
A delicious, intense, aromatic nose with notes of tangy pineapple and raspberry sweets.
Palate
Extremely fruity and aromatic on the palate with beautiful balance between roundness and freshness.
Flavours include exotic fruits, with a slightly menthol finish.
Ageing Potential
From one to two years.
Wine and Food Pairing
This wine's home ground is the pre-dinner drink, but it will equally go down a treat at picnics, with salads and grilled meat off the barbecue, or with any fish or poultry dishes.
Best served between 8 and 12°C.
Cellaring: this wine is best drunk young (within two years) for its fruit and freshness.
